Like every year during Rotterdam Chinese New Year, the flags with all 12 zodiacs flutter along the Maas. This year is the year of the Ox. Rotterdam’s Chinese New Year is different from other hairs this year, unfortunately without an audience and festivities this year. But nevertheless a nice kick-off of the Chinese New Year celebration.
