4th of May Remembrance & Rotterdam Freedom Meals

On May 4, the annual Remembrance of the Dead took place at monument De Boeg next to the Erasmus Bridge. Mayor Ahmed Aboutalebd spoke and Princess Margriet and Ministry Mark Harbers were present. The Flag Parade raised the flags at half mast for the occasion.

Following this, from May 5 to May 8, there was a special collaboration between the Municipality of Rotterdam and Rotterdam Freedom Meals, where we raised the Dutch flags and banners of Freedom Soup mixed.
